Storm Amy - Important Information

Longleat closed - 15 September

Due to Storm Amy, we have taken the decision to close on Monday 15 September to ensure you are kept safe.  

If you would like to move your booking to another date free of charge, please contact Guest Services on enquiries@longleat.co.uk or 01985 844400 by 1pm on Tuesday 16 September. After this time, you will be refunded automatically to the card you used to make the original payment within the next 10 working days.  

Please also note: 

  • Any Tesco points used will also be automatically refunded to your Tesco Clubcard account 

  • If you have booked via any other third-party provider such as Picniq- you will be refunded via the original payment method 

  • All refunds must be made to the original card or payment method - if your account is no longer valid please contact your bank in the first instance. 

If you have booked a VIP experience, made a corporate booking or are a coach party organiser, we will contact you within the next two days.  

We are currently planning to re-open on Tuesday 16 September; if that changes, we will update our website and social media. For more information,click here.
