Signs are located around the park to offer guidance on areas that are more crowded, hot areas and other core accessibility information.
Sensory bags are available to hire at Guest Services for £10, offering essential items to enhance your or your guest’s visit.
We understand that you may want to know what to expect on the day of your visit. To help you or your guest prepare, download our social stories.
There are seven accessible toilet locations around the park, including a toilet with a hoist and adjustable changing bench (located near Lord Bath’s Sweet Shop off the Main Square). A radar key is required and is available from Guest Services. Locations are signposted on our accessibility map here.
For the welfare of our animals, dogs (including assistance dogs) are not permitted on the Safari Park, Jungle Kingdom, Boat Safari, Monkey Temple and Animal Adventure. However, assistance dogs are permitted everywhere else - but need to be checked-in at Guest Services upon arrival.
Pets, including dogs, are not allowed on Longleat grounds, except within our kennelling facilities, located at the Safari Park entrance.
We have several members of staff who are trained in first aid, although they are only equipped to treat minor injuries. Please ask a member of staff to direct you to the nearest first aider.
