Family Farmyard VIP Experience
£250 (group of four) to £350 (group of six)
Enjoy a precious family moment with the animals of Family Farmyard. Before the park has opened, you’ll be whisked away with an expert animal keeper who will introduce you to the fun and exotic residents. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in feeding them breakfast, giving them a morning groom and letting them out for the day.
You’ll meet amusing emus, cheeky goats, gentle donkeys, charismatic reindeer and more as you learn all about their routines, personalities and captivating animal facts from your dedicated keeper.

On the day
- The Family Farmyard experience is generally filled up around two weeks in advance. If you have a specific date in mind, please check the availability calendar before making your purchase. Availability may fluctuate depending on time of year, particularly during school holiday breaks.
- This is our only VIP Experience with no age limit, so groups with preschool and young children are welcome to participate (all guests must be included in the group size, including babes in arms). *At least one adult must participate in the experience.
- Based on NHS guidelines, this experience is not recommended for pregnant guests due to close interaction with sheep, goats and other farmyard animals.
- Meet at VIP Meeting Point 2, The Hub, in the Main Square 15 minutes before your experience begins.

- This experience is exclusive, so you will not share it with any other VIP guests. It is designed for a group of four, but up to two additional guests may be added (additional fee applies).
- Please dress appropriately for your experience, such as full-length trousers, sturdy footwear and dark colours; your experience may be messy!

This experience has no age limit, so groups with preschool and young children are welcome to participate (all guests must be included in the group size, including babes in arms). At least one supervising adult must participate in the experience.
Our VIP Experiences are a once in a lifetime opportunity and are designed to give you the best behind-the-scenes access, and interaction with our residents.

Regrettably, some people will be unable to take part in some experiences including individuals with relevant phobias, known allergies, pregnant people and those who are immunocompromised. While every effort is made to accommodate people with disabilities, wheelchair access is not always available due to heritage elements of the site or the terrain in which the experience takes place.
Most of our experiences require a certain level of physical activity. If you wish to book an experience and you or the person you care for has accessibility needs, please contact us first so we can ensure the best fit to meet your needs. Where an experience is possible, an essential companion accredited via an Access Card is welcome to attend for support but will not take part in the experience. If an essential companion would like to take part, a ticket must be purchased.

Most of our experiences have a minimum age requirement. Please adhere to these. Participating children up to, and including, the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult who also has a VIP booking.
Some of our experiences take place early in the morning; please ensure you have considered time for arrival, parking, comfort breaks and getting to your Meeting Point in your planning. You must arrive at your Meeting Point at least 15 minutes in advance of your experience time.
If you have a VIP Gift Voucher and would like to book the date of your experience, this can be done online or via our team on 01985 844400.
Your VIP Gift Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and your experience must be taken within this period. Please note some of our experiences are in high demand and require weeks or months advanced booking. Please allow at least 12 weeks’ notice when booking your day. In some instances, this may be longer.
If we are unable to accommodate your experience within your validity period, alternative options will be given.
Once your experience has been booked, it cannot be rescheduled unless under exceptional circumstances and this is at Longleat’s discretion.
