Icons of the Sky 2025

We have announced Icons of the Sky will return in September 2025 as a three-day aviation extravaganza.

It is a flagship event for the Wiltshire estate with thousands of people attending the 2024 inaugural air festival which featured warbirds, helicopters, hot air balloons and much more.

2025’s showcase will run from 12 to 14 September with the day change a result of feedback from guests, members and pilots, says Longleat’s Head of Operations Scott Ashman.

“We are delighted to be announcing the return of Icons of the Sky in 2025; it was such a fabulous weekend in 2024, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive.

“We are packing all the fun and spectacular days into three days as some guests did find it difficult attending on the Thursday evening and then travelling home for work and school the following day so we have listened to that feedback.

“For 2025 our Members will now be able to visit on the Sunday, as well as the Friday, for just £1, with all proceeds going to charitable causes.

“Detailed planning is now under way so we can share information on who will be taking part in the displays when tickets go on sale in the New Year.”
